BioFAIR Pathfinder 2026

This is a Quarto website for the BioFAIR Pathfinder project Connecting Bioconductor, Galaxy, and nf-core.

The notebook Clustering 3K PBMCs with Bioconductor illustrates a single-cell analysis workflow combining several R packages from the BioConductor and CRAN repositories. It is intended to support discussions around potential updates to existing Galaxy tool wrappers and to help identify cases where new wrappers may be needed.

The notebook LoomExperiment round-trip error after logNormCounts illustrates a round-trip bug that was identified during the conversion of the Clustering 3K PBMCs with Bioconductor notebook into a GTN tutorial and identification of reusable workflow steps.
